Wargaming confirmed to PC Gamer via email that the Wiley Post is legitimate, and provided the English language-language translation above.

Wargaming also released a new bonus codification for players, TURRYWEARESORRY, which provides players with 1,500 biotic community tokens that can be used to buy in-game loot.
